really are as good as it gets. We just had our master bedroom, upstairs
hallway, and ceilings painted in our townhouse. They arrived a few
minutes early everyday, were super professional and unbelievably clean.
By the end of every day, our house looked like a million bucks and I
swear it was even cleaner then before they arrived. I really do love
these guys. The painter was very nice and did an excellent job. Willie
(owner) was just on top of it, he called ahead of time, made sure
everything was set up correctly, called to check in and made sure
everything was done right.

I used Caballero Painting Contractors for some exterior painting in November 2010. Willie came to the house and check out what was needed. We decided on the power wash and painting
all the frieze and facial boards, some aluminum siding and the ceiling
and pillars of the front porch. There was always good communication
during the proposal process. The price was very reasonable compared to
others. Because the outdoor temperatures were beginning to drop the work
was spread out over several days. Even with this intermittent schedule
the CPC team showed up when they said they would and cleaned up
everything every night. They ended up painting a window that was
adjacent to the facia board, even though that was not in the plans--but
it was the right thing to do. All the painting looked excellent
upon completion and I believe it will last because the all-important
preparation that was done very well. At the end, Willie even reduced the
price because he saw that the job just did not require the estimated
number of labor hours. Overall, CPC is very professional, trustworthy
and fairly priced. I wholeheartedly recommend Willie and CPC!

I was very skeptical about having my house siding stained due to the years of neglect. My house looked very dirty and I did't think it could be restored. I called Caballero Painting Contractors and after looking at it they assured me that they could restore the look. After seeing the job they did, I realized that all it takes is a little maintenance every few years to keep a house cedar siding looking like new. Job well done CPC!

Over the past 3 years I have hired Caballero Painting Contractors for several painting jobs for the Danbury Forest Community Association: fire lane curbs, community pool house, parking stripes, and house numbers. I have always been satisfied with their work. I also hired them to paint the interior of my house and recommend them for your project. Willie stands behind his work 100%.
I have found that while they do not always have the cheapest price, they always offer the best value because they use the highest quality paints and understand the importance of correctly prepping the surface (i.e., power washing off old/chipped paint).
I had previously hired a “house painting contractor” to paint curbs and had to repaint the curbs the within one year. The work Willie did is several years old and still looks good.

Willie and his team take on each job as a challenge to continue their excellence in home improvement. I have yet hear Willie comment that he can’t do something. Willie is very proud of his company and all their accomplishments ranging from a small handyman job to a very intense and oftentimes extremely difficult job. Willie is firm but fair. He stands behind his workmanship and the expertise of all his staff.
I rate Willie Caballero and his staff as OUTSTANDING. I highly recommend them for the job you indicated below. I used Caballero Painting Contractors this summer to powerwash and stain my deck, as well as paint and repair our entire home. They did an outstanding job on everything!
I called Willie because my deck was starting to look faded. It was powerwashed and stained only last year, but I the previous contractor did a fast and not very thorough job. Willie told me about the process they used to wash, brush, sand, and stain decks, and it was obvious that he knew what he was doing. After they were done, the deck looked great to me after 2 coats. However, Willie came by to check after it was dry, and decided that it needed even one more coat to make it look perfect. He completed that within a few days at no additional cost and now the deck looks amazing.While he was looking at our deck, Willie pointed out a number of places on our house trim that were rotting due to aging paint. He gave me a reasonable quote to paint and repair our home. The crew spent almost an entire week doing carpentry repairs and patching rotted wood. Then they meticulously painted all of the trim, including the fascia boards on the very top of my 2 story home. His crew was very thorough, and the result exceeded my expectations.
The only delays we encountered were due to weather, and Willie communicated with me at every step. I heard from him so much that I recognized his cell phone number! (a good thing). Willie was informative, friendly, and professional.
I would highly recommend Willie and CPC for anyone looking to get a deck or home looking better than new.Satisfied Customer

| I have had Willie do several jobs for me and he does very good work. The thing that is the most remarkable is that if he sees something else that needs repair he fixes it , and often does not charge me! He did the most remarkable repair of my solid wood shutters...I thought I was going to have to replace them and I really did not want to, I wanted to keep my quality wooden ones. He also let me know that the color paint he was going to use for my outside brick was going to look awful and recommended I use another, he could have just painted it the original agreed upon color. And, oh yes, his prices are the best I have found , believe me, I always get 2-3 estimates! Mrs. Williams
